All Brite Details, was founded in 2012 by myself Curtis Hoch. As a kid I used to see vehicles that were faded and just honestly a mess and could see that if given a chance I could really change its appearence and posibly bring back a little joy to the owner having what looked like a new car again.
I started with family and friends vehicles and once I was old enough to drive my own car.
My first job in 1990, was auto-detailing for GRIPP Chevrolet, In Chariton Iowa, Now it is a funeral home, And had that job for the summer prior to my seinor yr.
This was where alot of my skills were fine tuned, seeing just how meticulously clean a vehicle needed to be cleaned to be "Show able" to the public for resale, which is what has set the standard for myself from then on.
As time went on I had worked at auto body shops which allowed me to gain more knowledge of paint and how to care
for it, protect it, and restore it, through the use of different products and tools. And for some of the "Old School" ways of bringing back a shine (as odd as this will sound to those with out the knowledge) sanding the paint to clean the oxidation off and then buffing it back to a shine. And even today with clear coats and other paints this is still used in a final finishing process when needed.
Over the yrs I have always thought about doing this business and never saw it as a way to make a living thinking it was just something that a person can make a few dollars in their spare time. Although over the yrs I started to see actual businesses of auto detailing popping up and plenty of customer vehicles in their lot.
So again one day a fiend had a vehicle that was in need of a good cleaning, I was visiting from out of town and needed something to do while he was at work so I offered to clean his Jeep Grand Cherokee. I started first thing in the morn when he left for work and with what he had avalible in his garage, which was a good assortment of the chemicle that I could use and wax and pollish needed. But nothing like a buffer or extractor for carpets.I finnished by the time he was off work. He was surpised by the job I had done and told me I should really concider doing this for a living. So he took it to his work the next day and thats when he called and asked if I would do a couple of co-workes vehicles if they brought them over, so I did. At the time had no idea what to charge, it was just passing my time during the day. Ilet them pay what they wanted not setting a price but I will say they offered to pay more than what i charge to day for my services and in a few days decided that I should attempt this as a business.
I had returned home and was with a friend of mine asking him if this would be something that would survive in the town I was living in. And without much thought on his part, he said that he would be willing to help me get started and invest in my supplies and equipment. So we went out and got all I needed to get started.
since then I have had a few set backs although minor due mostly to moving and now restarting my business in a new town, over the last yr this service has proved to me that it can be a good field of service that once established in a comunity can grow and become a stable busines.
I only started this to earn a few extra dollars while working a J.O.B. but now it is my goal to build this into a great service here in the community. Not here today gone tomarow but to have a stable income to provide for my family,which means even more that i will need to be here as a service to the community and satisfy cusomers and give them what they want.
Im not here to become rich of of this business, rather Im here to provide a stable life for my family through this business and you support as costomers.
With that said, If I fail to provide a good service and loose customers, Im not failing just a customer Im failing my family. My motives are Family drivin' which leads even more for me to strive for cusomer satisfaction.
